Frequently Asked Question
What do these letters and numbers in my support reference mean?

We're glad you asked!
Generally speaking, you'll see your support reference is something like GEN00070.
In this case, the first 3-5 letters refer to theĀ help topic that was assigned to the ticket at the time it was created. In this case, that would be General Inquiry.
The 0s immediately after are just padding, to allow for a numbering scheme of ticket type and up to 99,999 tickets. Generally speaking, if you've called call through, we should just need the initial letters and the number of the ticket itself. Don't worry about the 0's prior.
